Each part of production must coordinate with each other to ensure quality requirements and time control. Nissan will discuss the sock manufacturing process in detail with you. We strive to do better in every detail of socks. Now we produce more than 18 million pairs of socks every year and have more than 200 machines. It has advanced hosiery series equipment such as double-needle barrel and single-needle barrel computerized hosiery knitting machine, sewing machine, setting machine, computerized embroidery machine, etc. We always pursue product details and meticulous service.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Foshan Shunde Zhuoyou Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, with "YOUBITU" as its private brand, and has more than 17 years of socks manufacturing experience.
NECESSARY PROCESS
The production process of sock factory must be formulated according to the performance of raw materials, requirements of finished products, equipment used and other conditions. Reasonable process can shorten the production cycle and achieve the goal of high quality, high yield and low cost.

QUALITY TESTING
100% overall inspection. Each product has been strictly inspected through four processes of weaving, sewing, shaping and general quality inspection to achieve 100% inspection before delivery
Color Management
The color of the same batch of yarn shall be managed according to the cylinder number, which shall be provided by the qualified supplier. After arriving at the factory, the color shall be checked according to the color card. The material shall be issued according to the same color and cylinder number. The raw materials with different cylinder numbers shall not be mixed.

Weaving Quality Inspection
The shift operator is responsible for inspecting the socks, including the stretching size and quality of each part. If there is oil, it needs to be transferred out.

Joint Quality Inspection
The quality inspection of the sewing head shall check whether there are any missing stitches and poor weaving products. If the pattern of socks is complex, and the thread ends automatically cut by the hosiery machine are too long, the thread ends should be cleaned

Strictly place for 24 hours
After the product is shaped and ironed, it must be placed for 24 hours before the overall quality inspection can be carried out to prevent the product from shrinking smaller than the process size

General Quality Inspection
Confirm the color, size and quality of socks. If the socks have additional processes such as dispensing, embroidery, transfer printing, sewing, etc., it is necessary to check whether all process details are consistent with the sealed sample and ensure that there is no missing inspection, and finally match and wait for packaging

Verification of packaging
Check the packaging accessories, distribute the accessories and arrange the packaging in strict accordance with the sealed samples.

Metal Detection
After packaging, socks should go through a professional needle inspection machine to check whether there are metal substances in the socks, and then they can be packed after passing the inspection.

Outer Box Inspection
Check the outer box before leaving the factory to check whether the shipping mark information on the outer box, such as model number, color, quantity, box number, is consistent with the actual product in the box.
